For this reason Correct Food Systems aim to meet our mutual work health and safety obligations is to ensure that all of our employees/ trainers, and the participants with whom they come into contact, are fully vaccinated.
"Full vaccination status" will be applied as per government guidance and may change as the pandemic conditions change and booster shots are mandated (as applicable).
From January 2022, Correct Food Systems will be requiring all consultants/trainers to be fully vaccinated ( currently 2 doses of a COVID vaccine)
In turn we will require those that they will be in close contact during training in the client workplace or our training rooms to be fully vaccinated. This includes staff who may be hosting, assisting CTS trainers to conduct training and assessment on site visits, site inspections, audits, training or other consultancy service.
Should students not be fully vaccinated and able to produce evidence to confirm their vaccination status then alternative arrangements will be made for training and assessment of the student. This may be rescheduling the training, delivery using virtual classroom/ meeting technology, completion and presentation of a COVID Negative Rapid Antigen Test. Such alternative strategies for training of unvaccinated students will be discussed with individual students and the respective trainer/ assessor.
CTS trainers/ assessors will follow the COVID safety measures at any client site as directed. This may be other safety measures such as social distancing, wearing of masks, QR check ins, temperature testing, visitor registrations and presentation of vaccination status. CTS personnel will not attend any client site if feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID illness.
We operate our CTS office and workplace in a COVID safe manner, and implement our registered COVID safety plan.
Should student trainees not be fully vaccinated, this risk shall be disclosed prior to CTS Trainer/ assessors attending on site and alternative arrangements will be made such as a rescheduling the training session or conducting the training using online meeting applications and other such technology.
Clients and prospective students should discuss any COVID infection control concerns or issues with the Operations Manager or assigned trainer
