This registration form will register your interest in attending the scheduled training session. 
Further detailed information on the training product, and other information to assist you to make an informed decision about the training product and services Correct Training Systems provides will be then sent to you before you complete an enrolment form.

    • Ensure you have read the webpage information and course flyer information to ensure the training product meets your needs.
    • Additional information about training support services, fees, your rights as a consumer/ learner, assistance with learning literacy and numeracy, your obligations as a learner, and recognition of prior learning is available on the CTS webpages under the resources tab, and the student handbook.
    • Places are limited  on all courses.  Please contact CTS to ensure places are still available on your preferred course date.  You must submit this form to register as a delegate and secure a place in the course.  All bookings are confirmed via a confirmation letter which will be emailed to you once the registration form has been received by CTS Admin Assistant.
    • Credit Card payments will be processed by CTS Admin Assistant and a receipt will be emailed to you.
    • Full payment is required on course commencement and for issuance of certificate/qualification.
    • CTS reserves the right to withdraw services to any participant on a course if payment has not been received in accordance with our payment terms.
    • All courses are presented in English.  Should you require the services of an interpreter this should be arranged in consultation with CTS.  Language, literacy and numeracy support strategies can be incorporated, within reason, if identified prior to course design and commencement.  Some units of competence require certain levels of literacy and numeracy.
    • Full fees apply for cancellation of a registered delegate within 7 days from the scheduled course date.  Substitution of a delegate may be made prior to commencement of the course.
    • CTS reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances.  Registered delegates will be offered a full refund or transferred to the next available course.
    • One Statement of Attainment will be issued per person on completion of competence. 
      Alternatively, a certificate of attendance may be issued where achievement of the nationally recognised units of training are not achieved. Additional charges will be incurred for replacement certificates.

    Section 6 - USI Application/Permission
    • From January 2015 all students require a Unique Student Identifier (USI) reference number, to undertake accredited training.
    • You will need to register for a USI number and provide it to Correct Training Systems, so we can add the details of your training to your education record and process your Statement of Attainment.
    • Please register for a USI prior to attending the training course and have the number available to provide to us.
    • You will need one form of ID to register for your USI.  The details you enter for your USI and training MUST match the details shown on your form of ID.
    • Register for your USI here at www.usi.gov.au
    • If you already have a USI number please provide that to us at the training course.
    • Further information about the USI system and your obligation to provide information relating to a USI number can be found on the CTS USI Webpage
