Terms & Conditions
Fees:
Correct Training Systems, charges fees on all courses offered whether they are accredited or non-accredited. The fees payable for each course/ qualification payable by an individual student are identified clearly on course information flyers.
The payment of fees will be accepted by credit card, direct debit or cheque only. Invoices can be requested using the registration form.
CTS abides by the ASQA requirement for fee protection for fees over $1500. Individual students can make a maximum payment of $1500 prior to commencement of the course.
Fees less than $1500 for one day courses will be charged in full on registrations for one day training products.
50% fees will be charged on registration any two day training courses where the fees are in the vicinity or above $1500 limit per individual student. The 50% balance of fees for two day courses that have fees over $1500 will be charged on completion of the training event.
No certificates or Statement of Attainment will be issued whilst unpaid fees remain due.
Should payment of additional fees attributed to tuition or other services may be required, this amount will not exceed $1500 per individual student in advance.These requirements do not apply, for example, where an employer engages an CTS to provide training and/or assessment to members of its staff through a negotiated commercial transaction such a written proposal. for a group of student to attend training and assessment.
All students or clients who are paying fees will be issued a tax invoice/ receipt.
Correct Training Systems also levies fees on its Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. This fee is varied depending upon each unit of competence and RPL application.
The course material provided by Correct Training Systems to students shall become the individual student’s property. However, the content of the course materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, such as photos, checklists, remain the property of the Correct Training Systems, and copyright will be enforced. Students or clients may not reproduce any part of the course materials without the prior written consent of the College. Students who require replacement of issued text or training material, or replacement certificates will be liable for additional charges to cover the cost of replacement such as printing and handling charges.
Refunds:
Correct Training Systems has in place a fair and equitable refund policy.
Correct Training Systems will refund the cost of the course enrolment fee if:

All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing, clearly outlining the students’ circumstances, addressed to the Operations Manager. In these situations Correct Training Systems may offer the student an alternative place in another course at a later date. A substitute student may be nominated to attend the original course without penalty. Correct Training Systems will provide all refunds within 14 days of a refund request and all refunds will be documented and repaid by the same financial means of transactions.
Client group courses that are cancelled without adequate notice (5 working days) will incur full course charges, including any out of pocket expenses.
This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws. The participant is also able to pursue other legal remedies that are appropriate.
- Places are limited on all courses. Ring CTS to ensure places are still available on your preferred course date. You must submit a registration form to register as a delegate and secure a place in the course. All bookings are confirmed via email confirming arrangements and requirements
- Full payment is required for course commencement and issuance of certificates.Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
- CTS reserve the right to withdraw services to any participant on a course if payment has not been received in accordance with our payment terms.
- All courses are presented in English. Should you require the services of an interpreter this should be arranged, in consultation with CTS. Language, literacy and numeracy support strategies can be incorporated, within reason, if identified prior to course design and commencement. Some units of competence require certain levels of literacy and numeracy
- Full fees apply for cancellation of a registered delegate within 5 working days from the scheduled course date. Substitution of a delegate may be made prior to commencement of the course.
- CTS reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances. Registered delegates will be offered a full refund, or transferred to the next available course.
- One Statement of Attainment or Certificate will be issued per person. Additional charges will be incurred for replacement certificates.
- Please notify CTS of any special dietary or other requirements.

- The student has overpaid the actual amount of course fee
- If Correct Training Systems fails to deliver the agreed training product, ie cancels the course
- If the student is in receipt of either a government benefit where education associated fees are waived. (Suitable, current documentary evidence will be required before a refund can be issued)
- If the student has decided to withdraw more than 5 working days before the commencement of the course
- If the student is unreasonably disadvantaged if not given a refund due to a serious outside event such as change of employment arrangements, medical treatment, illness, covid disruption or infection, bereavement or pregnancy.
Correct Training Systems will not refund course enrolment fees if:
- The student cancels or withdraws less than five working days prior to the course commencement
- The student withdraws after the commencement date of the course
- The student is deemed Not Yet Competent, or does not attend or complete the training and assessment of a training product.
