HACCP 2020 Recharge
Refresh and recharge your knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements in this information seminar.
The Codex Alimentarius Commission adopted the revised Code of Practice (General Principles of Food Hygiene (CXC 1-1969) and its HACCP annex) in September 2020, then a minor version change in 2023. HACCP 2023/2020 has a different structure, adjustments to detail, additional requirements to the previous 2003 version.
Students will complete an assessment of understanding and application of HACCP 2023, as well as receiving a value added professional update of recent developments in the food industry.
This training will be delivered by an experienced Food Safety Auditor, who is familiar with HACCP based food safety systems, food safety legislation, customer standards and industry issues such as labelling, recalls, and allergen management. The seminar will deliver information and resources aimed to provide a review of the issues facing those with HACCP food safety responsibilities in food related businesses. The information delivered will be broad based and generic in nature unless this is delivered as a in house course on site. Participants will be referred to food safety resources and templates and encouraged to source and apply the information to their specific industry sector or business.
If you are an experienced HACCP practitioner and need to " refresh" your knowledge and get up to date with HACCP 2023 then the CTS version of HACCP 2023 Recharge Training will satisfy all standard requirements as well as providing a up to date, timely, speedy, concise "refresh and update" of recent developments and issues within the food industry.
